I love the simple, yet highly detailed, European farmhouses evident in many of Jaceks paintings. Being from Colorado, I could see the abandoned mining structures that litter this state find a place within his art.

The process was a great educational experience, and well worth the effort. Best of luck to all the talented entrants!

Some simple modeling in Sketchup, the rest is Photoshop.

I agree great work. I like how the bird peaks differ. I think more variance in the foreground trees would help. :thumbsup:

Beautiful painting. Your colors and technique are excellent. There is something so crisp and fresh in the way you handle the detail work...must be the Colorado air! Congratulations and good luck!
