I attached an image to show the case , basically the edge refuses to spin to the verts I need
i've seen similar behavior in most software packages supporting the feature (SpinQuad)

The Edge at the 3rd Rectangle never spins to the desired verts (DesiredResult)
So trying to spin others ......
any explanation or fix ?

Dohhhh !!!

it works as it should , just don't use a shortcut combination including SHIFT !!
