I've been lurking around CGTalk forever, but only rarely post anything. Mostly because the quality of work is so high compared to the level I am at. In any case, I've decided that this year will be a year of drawing. I doubt I'll post on this thread everyday, but I'm hoping that a year from now it will be full of sketches that show a great improvement....

The hardest part of these daily sketches is the time limit. At this point I'm too slow to get much accomplished in such a short time.

Learned quite a lot making this one. Spent a long time tweaking details only to realize that in the end I don't really like the composition.
