View Full Version : nCloth as "influence" on cMuscle system

Hi, I'm making a dragon with a muscle setup.
The skin on the wings, between the wing bones, I want to deform by nCloth planes.

i have tried to connect them, and paint weights, but the verts just stay in the position where the polygon plane is (that drives the cloth mesh)

i have tried to connect the ncloth outmesh to an empty mesh node, and make the the driver, with the same result.

and I have tried to copy sticky weights, delete cMuscle node, apply cloth to dragon mesh, and reapply the muscle system, and constrain the skin to the cloth, allso with undesirable results.

i quickly tried to apply the cloth to the old skincluster, and that works exactly as i want it to work, just in conjunction with my muscle setup x)

and I'm out of ideas, so please help
thanks

allright I kind of found a solution. Added all the muscles as influence on my old skincluster, so now I have working cloth drivers and muscles at the same time, however
this means I cannot utilize the jiggle and wrinkle weights that was painted directly on the mesh, that was on the cMus node..
If anyone can think of anything that would be great
