Hello everybody,

I have been doing good with modeling and now I am very much interested into dynamics. I will be lucky if some one could give me a brief introduction to Maya dynamics.
Here is some of my questions:-
1. What is the difference between nparticles and the rest of the dynamics items? I am using Maya 2009 and I saw different menu for nparticles and dynamics. Is it possible to achieve all the dynamics effects through the nparticles?i mean fire, smoke, water etc....
2.Also interested to know more about ncloth, hair and fur etc. Anybody can suggest me good tutorials?
Actually I am very much interested in this things but little confused about where to start...
thanks for your valuable time.

There are the Maya help docs (press f1 on your keyboard).

nThings are dynamics systems driven by the new nucleus engine. It can do many things... You've asked a very broad question.

There are three tutorials from Gnomon Workshop on fluids. (http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/category.php?page=3)
Duncan's blog has some stuff on n related things. (http://area.autodesk.com/index.php/blogs_duncan/blog_list/)
