CGTalk - WIP Kitchen Robot

Hi all,

I'm currently modeling a robot which, if I ever find the time, should be one of two characters in an animation. It's based on a French comicbook by Hardy. The name of the robot is Norbort Moulinax. Let me know what you think or what kind of extra images you would need to make proper judgment.

pretty radical i love the detail on the inside of its head, but one thing if its a kitchen robot then mabey you should get rid of the plunger or just call it the house robot

It's actually for a comical animation, so the plunger will stay :). He's supposed to be one of two characters in a cooking show. He performs all the real tasks, the other, smaller robot will talk us through the show.

I even thought of adding more strange things, like a blowtorch, but I didn't have enough space.

Pretty cool! Maybe you could spice up the feet somehow... but on the other hand they might not be visible too much anyway... Please make room for a blowtorch! That would be really neat.

I dig it! It looks like a cross between a Kitchenaid mixer and the Terminator. :)

Thanks for your comments, guys, and I do agree about the feet. He will probably also get some arms. And a couple of dials, levers and stuff like that.
