This is my last flower of an illustrator, produced by the use of photoshop, I enjoy fantasy themes, but also enjoy magic and girls, so put them together, in order to allow more girls oriental features, specifically a black draw the girl

I like the dragon and the gossimere gown. the arms could use some more values to better shape and volumn. and the hair looks a little hard or solid. A little more strand details. Nice composition though, and good color schemes. nice work.
