way too many polys, youre wasting them. Only that high amount of poly's are needed when youre doing insane skin wrinkles and deformations, unless thats were youre headed...... although i dont see that in the reference drawing.

mmm.... too many subdivision info.
what tool? what kinda tecnique?
the grid and the reference image make me think u're using max, if so there's no reason for u to play so heavy. is this a meshsmooth? maybe you will find hard to animate it with morpher cause a lot of segments will overlap and the only chance will be link dummies before meshsmoothing... who knows? i'm not still sure what software u're using!!!!!

man, you are digging yourself a grave with that many polys, I suggest you cut down on them before you have problems later. Nice model, though.
Are you going to model him in his deformed state after Kane betrayed him and threw him in the river? That would be sweet.
