the creature´s right temple is showing, with accuracy bordering on the obscene,
how I feel in my left! *

as one of God´s left-
overs.

Finished the drawing of this Corpse. glad thats over. will scan it and upload it hopefully by next updates.
Started with coloring of this piece. Just playing around with the Different ideas. i like the blue tone its kind a neat.

well good job on the updates ^_^ as i dont know what you have in mind for this one i dont rly know how to comment so ill do it according to the things i see :

i think that a more darker enviroment is better suited for this type of char .
the colour of the hairs the eye and the brain thingy that is coming out of hes head are 200% fit to this char but the colour of the tubes and the tone of the blue seems to be too "happy" for this char :D

a personal point of view (which you can consider me thinking out loud of a wishfull end piece look :D):
i think i would like to see it frozen in an ice block with hes eye not wide open but more open then it is now and will be looking to the viewer with a raging vivid look like hes rly rly angry and aware to hes condition and is mad at us for looking at him and not letting him go ....or her :surprised

well as far as the paint is concerned i have no particular direction to take this paint. but yes i agree current colors scheme of the skin and pipes making him look like a clown. will do something about that.

my friend regarding your proposed idea, its a pleasant coincidence that i am working on this guy in 3d as well and the original idea behind this guy was to create some kind of a corpse and put in a ice and lit it stylishly. i will definatly keep you in loop on 3d as well. will start the 3d wip thread in a day or two.

Hey phoenix Some cool stuff's there. Great work.
I have a little comment about the left hand. I think you should fix some anatomy and perspective on it. Hands are always a problem to draw, you should give it a try. Maybe you should take some photos with the same pose, you'll see the small changes you have to make on it.
