This may have been brought up before but I searched the PS forum and couldnt find any relevant threads. Perhaps I wasnt looking in the right place.

Anyway my problem is that my pen doesnt seem to respect the size of brush which I choose. Eg: Whenever I paint its like I'm painting a thin strip within the brush circle. I'd like what I paint to be the same size as the brush I've selected. Anyone know if it's a wacom setup thing or a PS option thing? Pressure doesnt have any effect and nor does tilt. I can put my brush size up to 200 or whatever and when I use my pen it still only paints a thin strip along the centre of the brush circle. When I switch back to mouse however the brush behaves exactly how I would expect it to.

Any thoughts guys?

Have you tried setting Size to "Off" in the Brush Dynamics Menu (Photoshop)? I think it's set to "Stylus" by default.

Are you using the Paintbrush or the Airbrush mode/tool? Try switching to Airbrush is you aren't and see if that works.
