I apologize if this subject is off topic.
I'd like to ask if you know about some software that allow to create, modify and fiddle a wide range of sound types such as animals, machines, voices.
Just to make an example, a software that has already a library and you can edit a lion roar, modify frequencies, volume, amplitude etc. to make it a tyrannosaurus roar, just to make a silly example.
