First of all nice work. I like the skin texture. I think after taking so much care of the textures u became a bit impatient and did the hair works in a hurry. Keep up good works mate............

Very nice : ) , the skin would need some freckles and aging, abit more weathered.

nice work !
nice modeling and skin shading

i think the skin is too shiny, its not photorealistic and then, the hair nedds serious work. my suggestion mate, redo the hair and then post it, nice model but poor execution.

Reminds me of Bud Spencer. Was he the model? If he was, great likeness.
It is Bud Spencer!! hahaa
It's the first thing I thought :D
great details, but you could improve the shape of the mouth.
Also I don't like so much where the hairs connect to the skin. I would try to increase the number of hairs and find some way to blend with the skin.. maybe add another set of hais more thin and not so black, so they blends better to the skin. It's just an idea anyway. Try to take a photo of yourself or somebody as a reference to see how the hairs are in that zone.
good work :)
