View Full Version : Environment: Interior Decorating Study
ODoul 07-02-2003, 10:18 PM Hi all, this is my first thread and first time posting here as well. I discovered this site thru Renderosity and am relatively new to 3D. I've been lurking in the shadows for some time now and thought it was time to introduce myself.
Thanks for any c/c you might have.

well done and very interesting!
Somehow the top of the inset area seems a little dark. I would think there would be more light bounced up on the ceiling, but I could be wrong.

Nice!
I would drop the volumetric cone coming from the lamp though. It looks very out of place, IMO.

lovely lighting and atmosphere..
one thing. to me it seem odd that the lights... i don't what to call it, ceiling attachment bit.. is so large compared the the light shade.

Thanks you guys. I agree that the proportions of the lamp may be off a bit but I kind of liked the volumetric light even though it may not be how it would look in the real world. Hmmmm....to each his own. Thanks again!
