Hi guys...
I finished this short fan-film based upon Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns titled "Blood and Mud - a Batman tale" aprox 20 minutes. I did the animations, models, shading, editing, sound and compositing of the short, with production help from Carolina Romano and music by Jeremy Flinders. It took me 5 months to do the whole thing, in a quad-core workstation with 8gigs of ram on an ATI radeon GPU. Your great forum and site was a great help to me in developing this workflow, so i decided to share with you guys...
I'm a comic book artist and Mr. Miller's work had a lot of influence at my stuff, so i decided to adapt a story that i always wanted to see in motion. This is our first cgi animated storytelling attempt, wanted to see if I was capable of delivering a story. Hopefully you guys will enjoy some of it...
