This is an attempt to turn hell into a somewhat welcoming place using a grim but kinda aesthetic-attractive structure.
Something like an hotel balcony for some hellish zealots.
This is not directly inspired by it but it reminds me the
Dark Eldar race a bit. (Warhammer 40,000)
I enjoy the look of their gear and architecture.
