That was a really vague definition of what you are looking for, but at 3Dtotal (http://www.3dtotal.com) there is a tutorial on jean d'arc that has some female armour pieces. Its easy enough to switch that tutorial to your own concept art/reference image.

look aroundin the collabrative projects forum a bit I know unlevel did some serious reasearch into armor refrence pics.

And there is always fine art. sk they have a off shoot kinda site that has midevil stuff.
