More animals ugh, BUT! I love the look of those and Shrek 2 will probably be at least as good as the original.

I like how Dreamworks based the character models on the actors for Shark Slayer, and how there is a lot of focuss on the actors (not that I care about them, but at least they succeed in the emphasis while I could not name one actor in Finding Nemo or any other of Pixar's movies). It's a good way for them to generate hype.

man... only in a handful of those pics, do the actors look happy. I kinda think they should either remove the pics or have better ones shot.

i'm not gonna buy into all the hype, i'll wait until i see it and make my decsion then. it's always a letdown when things get hyped and fail.

Cool! Thanks for the link Roberto :)

I've heard that Madagascar is going to have a very snappy cartoony style of animation and those character designs look well suited to this. Looking forward to this one. :)

why is that when pixar do a film about bugs, dreamworks do a film about bugs, and when pixar do a film about fish, dreamworks do a film about fish?

gotta say i'm not a huge fan of dreamworks. didn't like shrek.

Because Pixar and Dreamworks always make movies based on what they can do with the most recent technology. First it was furr (Ice Age, Monsters Inc.) now water. And there is a little bit of snooping, but at least I like Dreamworks' movies, I feel they are always playing on two levels, for kids and an older audience.

As for Madagascar, is it really 3D or 2D?

Maybe it's been too long since I saw Shrek, but why is she a princess again!?
