Hi all

Probably u know that free soft Synkron (http://synkron.sourceforge.net/screenshots.shtml) not a cg, image,... soft; but very useful I guess.

I use it to synchronize folders as i want to do, make backups,...

But from today I use it also in eias renderfarm to propagate changes to all slaves (change camera mem, add a new shader,...) and also to delete a folder i choose in a click (IP folders whit old render works).

That's a very good tool. It's kind of like automator? Is there a link you can recommend?

In order to use whit renderama is a must to add to black list renderama slave, and all stuff u don want to sinchronyze.

I use it to delete by hand old stuff (as u could see in screen capture in first post), cachepagefile and CNN files

In the other hand when i have to add a new shader or plugin, the way for me is pastin new files in a "mother" folder (folder 1) so the changes will replicate in all slaves

U can do a lot of different things whit synkron, be carefull & use Analize button before.
