View Full Version : about to start my model but.......
chevy454 02-19-2009, 04:51 AM ok i found the car that i want to model but i dont have the top view of the car...will that interfer with my model or can still work with it like that?

it would be ideal to have all views of the vehicle but you can still work with what you have.
You might have to zoom out more often and check your progress but that can improve your observation skills too...
so, dive in ;)

yes, i think you can bring this successfully to the end, without having a topview! but what i somestimes do, i buy a physical model of a car , with a scale 1:16, and scan this one in! especially when i can't find good image planes!

I typically want to use the top view, but it doesn't look like there will be a lot of details you can't get from the other views. I think you will be fine.
