looks good to me, very abstracty. I'm a fan of radiosity so I like anything that casts a soft shadow around it, give it a try around the boxes, the text, and the bar in the middle, and around the whole box to thing it some depth.

nothing much to crit, i really like simple stuff and it's really simple so yeah! but would really need to see how you going to pull all them together in flash, coz that's what might make it really good or really bad.
