I took a break from my city model thing [here] (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=70662)
and when I was looking through blueprint magazine, I deceided to model a scene based on a photo so here it is so far

its looking very nice, i cant wait to see some more details, etc, considering we've already seen some of your good work in ur city project, cant wait to see how this turns out

nice render. I do this stuff too but architecture and highrises bore me. Don't you recommend the minimalist look is too much of an overkill (not a comment on your work). NO ONE lives like that. That nice shiny surface is only going to get handprints all over it and be a real bitch to clean (esp since that's the kitchen). I hate this sort of design, all pretty and no functionality.

That said.

I know its a concept shot, but if I lived in an apartment like that where I'd need to wear shades to wash my dishes... I'd have blinds. :runs away:

there are jaggies on the left hand side of the render and they look nasty especially since they're reflected

personally I dont mind that kind of design/advertising of it, pure aesthetics works fine for me :)
