I've been working on modeling this character but I gotta say this is only my second full character model so I don't really know what I'm doing.

This is what I had going initially, I had another student help me put together simple rig to pose it a bit but I hadn't gotten around to paint weighting when around this point I got it in my head to try and lower the poly count on him, so here's an image of lower poly version (this time un-posed) :

(One boot looks different 'cause I'm in the middle of fixing a problem and I haven't gotten to boot #2)
I guess I'm looking for general crit on the model and any pointers on improving what I've got.
Oh yeah, there's no detail on the face since he'll be wearing a mask, here's the concept:
