I just checked my Diablo 2 manual, and the 3 Project and Design Leads, and Senior Producer are the ones who left.

they interviewed Bill Roper already and he talks why they left. guess VU wont let them decide where the future of there own company is headed. must of been such a hard thing to do. but if you can't control your own product's future, it's probably no question at all what to do.
is VU going to be doing something VERY dramtic and they know it? well they're not sitting around waiting, they already have plans for a new studio and games.

well they're not staying with Blizzard, there gone, bye bye. but i wonder who has rights to what games? does VU own the right to Diablo and WarCraft, or did they add into there contract to have the rights? one wonders.

well, they need someone to help them fund and publish the games. i don't think being part of VU was any bad until they wanted to sell off the gaming section of VU. who knows, the next publisher they find could be worse them VU. or maybe they will start selling there own games [online, digital distrabustion]

Blizzard and every other game studio loose top talent every year.. And they all keep up with the main goal of making great games.
It takes years to build a great game company and some one leaving doesnt mean the end of great game develpment.
The real debate is how Blizz south and Blizz north deep down hate each other.
