Made a VFX shot for Quicksilver/Actionhorse's snowboardmovie "Ponytale".
Just for fun on my spare time but I thought I would share it non the less.
This is the "making of" the shot.
The full movie can be seen for free at:
http://www.actionhorsefilms.com/ponytale/
Used Maya, Max, After Effects, Syntheyes, Photoshop.
Hope you like it.

Haha, nice fun effect pulled off really well. If i hadnt seen the breakdown i wouldnt have instantly thought 'its visual effects!'
A good range of techniques all coming together to a really nice finish, congrats! :)

Cheers buddies!
Some of the real tricks they do in this movie are even more crazy.

Hey nice job man! I thought it was pretty good. I'm an animator so I dont have that VFX eye like i do for animation so i cant critique it good, but i thought it came out pretty seamless.
Good Job!
Excellent job ! Very fun :) And you can see it one more time, it is good also :)
Keep it up good work !

Cheers guys!
One thing to mention is that this whole thing was created without any preparation. Had no reference for the boarder or tracker markers or anything like that. It was just a fun thing to do in my spare time sort of thing. And nowadays spare time is hard to come by :)
Thanks again.
