Hi,

Whats the best way to achive this quality of painting and outlines in Painter?

Maybe buying some books on drawing disney characters. You can find them really cheap. They cover line weight and coloring usually.

Then it's just a matter of translating the real world way of drawing into the Corel Painter tools and fills.

Thanks, but I should have mensioned I'm quite new to the painter program. So I'm looing for help and advice on methods, which brushes, brush setups, blenders etc.

Just go through the Painter brushes and use any that can create smooth gradation--same with blenders. So many different brushes in Painter can achieve that look so it's kind of pointless to list them all.
