the only thing i can see is the lighting on the stuff which is hanging around at the back, it looks kinda weird. :)

lovelly! very cool
still, I'm having a little trouble seing where this could be a "game level". are you going to see it in the sky? why not "game object" then? are you going to play inside this "rocket" (sorry)? why so much detail on the outside?
how is the game played? tell me more! I'm thirsty for knowledge!!
ok, looks incredibly good any way. specially the mood.

kaktuswasser: I agree the lighting is a bit wierd on the "tendrils" in back. I wasn't to sure on how they would actually be developed once brought to a finish. As it was a concept I was more concerned with the overall feel of the ship and with creating a potential pallete and style. Excuses, excuses, right!!;)
Kazuya Mochu: Me and my undetailed explanations of my posts! To be more specific; this is one many "transport" concepts that we are working for the level and not representative of the interior part of the level. This is actually the first concept created for the whole level and I was exploring conbining mechanical elements with organic hints (the things in the back) This is a potential transportation device to get you from one level in the game to another. I will post more drawings as I complete them to give you guys a better idea of the look of the "world"
Also check out my other post on this subject to give a better idea of the devlopment of the level.
Thank you for you comments and feedback guys.http://www.philipstraub.com/assets/Concepts/balloon.jpg
