Im new to C4D, I have been using it for about 3 weeks, and I am currently at this stage in modelig a character..

(complete finished character ploygons in hyper nurbs)

and I am wondering how do I move the character ?

to be walking up stairs
or riding a bike etc??

any help would be great. Thanks

Check "the learning to walk" thread here in this forum for tips regarding animation. If you have MOCCA the manual describes how you rig a character with bones.

There are also separate animation software for instance Messiah:Animate which can be used together with c4d.

The question you are asking is pretty simple. Bones, Bones, and more Bones.

Look in the manual or online there is more than enough material on how to use them.
