1st link works for me;). Her hands are too big, you might want to scale them down a little, and they are too flat, the tops of the fingers need to be smaller. Her legs are too long and too skinny and they have a strange bend right above the knee that needs to be straightened out. Something about her seems too "square", you should look at some anatomy pics and compare them with this model and you will see what i mean. And why does she have a bag over her head?

Well you certainly did do a better job on the hands than before.. congrats for that but they are too big in relationship to the rest of the body.
You need to learn how to merge two pieces of geometry correctly though. I can see that you made her bellbottoms by just sticking another piece of geometry there.

Oh yeah and what the hey is going on with the right leg??
The bag over the head is cute and I know it's just there because the head is in progress but I'm totally expecting to see you do a head from one of the tutorials I sent you earlier.
