View Full Version : Ocean and Fluid caching

Hi,
I haven't used ocean for quite a while. Now I'm trying to render some boats on ocean, and I realised that I have to cache fluid to get waves on the ocean from wakes.
The cache file is 1.5 Gb and every time I save file it saves whole 1.5 Gb again and again.
Is there a way to switch this off?
I'm using maya 8.5.
If not, this is one of the main things in the list.
