Hi, I´m new to maya and after playing around with the interface, I´ve hide the pull-down menu, you know the one on the top of the screen, and i can´t bring it back, can anybody help?

under hotbox>hotbox>window options, or just ctrl-m top, shift-m pannels.

Thanks a lot by the way, you know where I can learn maya effectively? I mean any kind of resources, like books, tutorials...
