View Full Version : relighting with normal
Maxluere 02-04-2009, 01:56 AM Does anyone have a method to relight render with a separated normal pass in fusion? ( and maybe Z depth )
I know it's possible but i don't manage to do it.
Thx !

Pump the RGB of your normal pass into the channelboolean node, copy the RGB to the XYZ channels. Use the shader node (deep pixel->shader) and voila, relight.
Keep in mind there's always a lot of limitations by doing these post hacks, aliasing errors, back lighting etc.
