Title: Kingdom
Name: Rudolf Herczog
Country: Sweden
Software: CINEMA 4D, Maxwell Render, Photoshop
A remake of an older scene, much prettier this time. :)
The main structure was modeled in Cinema4D & rendered out with Maxwell. Photos/painting for the landscape, and Photoshop to piece it all together.

Love it Rudy! Another wonderful example of how you can weave a number of different techniques seamlessly together. The slightly alien-feeling archiutecture really gives a sense of otherworldy place and history to this (and The Cathedral, now that I think of it).
Great stuff mate!

Intriguing. I love it. I always struggle with buildings and landscapes. This is very nicely done. I wish this viewing plane was bigger so that I can see more of the details, but these posts won't let us. Great job.

Very nice and moody picture!
Is the whole 'foreground' rivers area painted? Could you show us some breakdowns?

Thanks everyone. :)
which software did you use to create the clouds
The clouds are made up of a bunch of photos.

The surroundings are pretty much a mix of two smaller photo segments and some custom brushes. IŽld be happy to show some breakdowns if i had any. I usually bake the layers as i finish up a scene.
