well i did. if you're pointing at rule "Entries should remain unpublished outside of CGSociety prior to the close of the challenge." then there's a 'should' and not 'must'. that's the reason why i submitted it. if it breaks any rules, they can still disqualify the pic anyway. *shrug*

just thought i'd give it a shot.

I think he's more referring to the fact that you do not seem to have based this image on the stylings of Jacek Yerka. I suggest you check out the inspiration page once more.
