It's okay. Your lack of anatomy skills give her somewhat "rubbery" looking thighs, and the facial features look skewed a bit strangely, but overall, it's a nice effort.

If you plan on painting a lot of people in your future, you should strongly consider some anatomy studies (check out the forum here at CGS...), and learn some general skeletal and muscular rendering. The viewer's eye just expects general outlines to conform to certain visual standards...

Thanks for the comment:D
I did somemore work on the legs so hopefully it's a little better. as for the face I might have just ended up making it worse lol. The problem is everything checks out with the rule of eye as far as I know and checking measurments from the reference, but at the same time I can see a destingct difference from the reference in the likeness. This is a big problem I've had for a long time and any help would realy mean alot to me http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee213/tylers/si2copy.jpg

It's called a GRID. And until your "rule of eye" has been calibrated by a LOT of practice, I suggest you get into the habit of using one. (And if ANYONE tells you it is a "cheat," pop 'em in the nose and tell 'em Cybr said "NO tool is a cheat.")

Pretty wonky anatomy, her head has grown on the top, and her body has widened and extended forward ~ That's why those legs looked so odd..
A grid would have made this SO much better, not to mention easier to paint...

Grid grid grid grid grid !! Cybr is of course correct - unless you have a live model and an instructor to bat you in the head every time you make a mistake, it's an excellent way to train your eye. I have a crappy eye so I rely on grids for all my figures, over time I am finally getting better..
