what a lame ruling. I can see the concern over the sale of extremely violent and perverse (GTA3) video games to kids, but your average fighting/action/adventure game is no big deal.

What, are videogames going to become like cigs and alchol? Government regulated? Heavy fines for those resellers which violate age-restrictions?

I certainly hope this doesn't catch on elsewhere, or the video-game industry is going to have some tough times ahead.

EDIT: A minor in the US is under 18 or under 21?
