What do you mean by rotating?
Change the projection of a material?
Rotate an object where the image is mapped on?

Some more info would be helpfull here

Cheers

I wasn't able to edit my previous post, so I give details:

I work with C4D / 9.5 and i'm too lazy to look in the Hlp file.
I seek to obtain the approriate help file, and i can't seem do fine a way to install it

I'd use Photoshop, Paint, or some other image editor to rotate the image.

Or, if used in a material, you can add a Layer Shader after setting the Texture to the image. In the Layer Shader, select Effect... Transform and set the Angle.

The PDF documentation comes on a separate install CD for R9 and the R9.5 PDF is installed with the update. Open the PDF using Help->Help (Cinema 4D) or go to the install folder to find the documentation in the 'manual' folder and the addenda in the root of the install folder.
