What do you mean by rotating?
Change the projection of a material?
Rotate an object where the image is mapped on?
Some more info would be helpfull here
Cheers

I'd use Photoshop, Paint, or some other image editor to rotate the image.
Or, if used in a material, you can add a Layer Shader after setting the Texture to the image. In the Layer Shader, select Effect... Transform and set the Angle.
The PDF documentation comes on a separate install CD for R9 and the R9.5 PDF is installed with the update. Open the PDF using Help->Help (Cinema 4D) or go to the install folder to find the documentation in the 'manual' folder and the addenda in the root of the install folder.
