Human skin is not so glossy as in your texture, oftentime textures miss this aspect. Make it more diffuse, use translucency instead.

Another technique I hear people using alot is after using transparency, putting a red light in back of the head to simulate subsurface scattering in the skin.

i use a layer shader and apply the color map, bump map, diffuse map, spec map, reflect map, translucence map........., and set more bump value.
subsurface.... what's that?
