Sorry i didnīt know, here are the other images, i hope that u can critic now.

Im using and learning 3dsmax5 (for about 3 months or something) and for the the texture iīve used photo shop

Please observe the rules of this forum before posting. You'll need to edit your post. Please add a shaded wireframe, and explain what software you are using.

It would also be nice if you would post orthos and a 3/4 instead of what you've got now.

It's a good start but it's a bit difficult to judge with this kind of lighting. It would be easier to judge the model with a more sideway lighting and a 3/4 render from slightly lower down. But there are several flaws on the model that stand out even so;

The lips are well shaped but the surrounding areas don't seem natural. There is an odd curvature in the skin just above the outer edges (evident in the shades of the chin area). The cheeks should be puffed out a slightly bit more to overlap the far mouth edges a bit. This will also reduce the impression that she is sucking in her cheeks a bit.
The upper lip should also overlap the lower lips more and the chin brought in a bit because she seems to have a severe underbite in the side pic.

The underside of the nose seems to have some problems. It's hard to tell what's going on there from this view but there are some odd bumps. You could also probably bring in the sides of the nostrils a bit towards the skull (y direction in the side pic).

The eyelids don't seem to be placed right over the eyeball. The lids are in neutral state (maybe slightly closed) but already cover not only half the iris but also parts of the pupil. Eyelids will only cover the pupil when tired, in neutral it will always be visible.
There is also too much white showing below the iris which suggests that you placed the eyeball too high in the eyesocket.

The eyebrows don't have a natural shape. Take a look at some fashion magazines to get some idea of how they are curved. They also seem to consist of myriads of little hairs instead of broad strokes of thicker, long hair as they should be.

The ears seem to be a bit high up and slightly too thin and too parrallel to the head. I can imagine that you used a front view picture as reference but you have to keep in mind that they contain perspective while orthogonal views do not, hence the ears should stick out more.

i think img going to improve this things, im triyng to do this girl the moro photorealistic as it could, i want it better even if is my first model, but honestlye, im tired, i wanna finish soon.

By the way, about the eyes, i dont know if they are bad, but i want that look like dope or somethig, like tired, i want it like that, i think thar they are fine know.

about the nose i may do it all again.
