so i have a full rig done for the most part its a ball character that has sprouted legs and arms, the face is on the body and it is a bone driven face no morphs, (animator wanted more control) but i have a secondary ring of bones that are linked to the upper lip because the mesh has quite a bit of space between the mouth and eyes. that secondary ring of bones is attatched to the lips and follows them on a % for good deformation, but i cannot figuer out how to get these to follow the body/head implicitly so that i can move the body and have the face stay intact. any help would be greatly appreciated.
