CGTalk - doubt in PM spine

Hi,
Which type of setup is used in Package Man's spine setup. I mean, ribbon setup or divine setup?
Please let me know.

Huh? As far as I can tell its a pretty standard ik-spline setup with some driving fk joints too ... like the AFR-setup

What is the divine setup ???
