Made with C4D v8.1 but using 7 basics;) This is my first completed scene and took just under 10 hours total. Hope you like, I have a couple color variations if this one you don't like. The main emphasis of this project was to enhance my lighting and atmosphere skills as you can tell that the models in the scene are quite simple in design.

I kinda like it one thing you might want to do is but some SLA noise in the displacment channel of the bubbles or something to that effect.

almost no bubbles are completly round underwater.

nice pic.

Well I made an update and the new pic replaces the first one. But the newer image seems blurry around the distorted bubbles only because this pic I was forced to make a lower quality save:hmm: so you can start to see the Jpeg compression mainly around these distorted bubbles.

And this going back to the project made me notice a "seem" in one of the rock shaders that was quite noticable and fixed that with "cough" a tiny touch of post photoshop work. Like that ever hurt anyone:rolleyes:

To me, the addition of caustics would add greatly to the sense of realism. Here is a quick example of what I mean - I made this a couple of weeks ago after seeing a similar post here. I can send you the file if you want, and you can just copy the lighting trick (based on one of Maxon's tutorials).

Would this color scheme for example better suite the scene?
