I'm working on this character below, which is an incomplete low-poly female btw. I want to set the edge vertices to a specific value so they are all aligned for mirroring. What is the command/tool for that. I tried the Align tool, but it didn't seem to work.

Oh..BTW... I finally got my Manuals in the mail today... Heavy..and only took 4 days to get here.

Thanks Donald

You can use the allign tool for this. You just need to do it a vertex at a time. Other wise it aligns the centre of the selection to the specified location. Also, if one of the vertices is beyond the point you wish to align it to, you need to move it to the other side first.
You can also use the move/transform type-in box(F12) at subobject level.

I was getting ready to post, that you can select the vertices, then do a scale on them on the x-axis to align them as well.

Thanks!

Just select all the vertices you want to be at the x or y axis zero position, go to left or right view and click on view align in edit poly rollout.

You can select all the centeral vertecies in the front view, then right click on non-uniform scale and change the x-axis offset value to 0. This will bring all the vertecies to the same point in the x-axis only.
