Hey all-

I've been on a mission as of late to try an put aside procedurals and learn to create my own textures. I have finally gotten to the point where I am ready to start making my own maps (color,spec,bump,etc...) But in all of the researching I have done I have not been able to find any good examples of these different maps created by other artists to give me something to go by. You know to look at and see if Im doing it even close to right.

Anyone out there able to help me out and post/email me a final image and examples of the maps you had to create to make the final image. These will be used strictly as guides to help me figure out this challenging task of texturing.

Thanks in advance

links to sites with examples would be just as good. (I can't seem to find any)

I believe Leigh has got some examples. Cryin' shame she watermarked the armour textures so heavily. Well, not that she did, but that she had to to prevent stealing. When will we live in a perfect world? :sigh:

She's also got some other stuff in there somewhere that is good to read.
