I'm working this up for one of our games this year. It's done entirely with a mouse (except the sketch) in Photoshop 7.0. It's just in the preliminary stages so any suggestions would be appreciated. The image below is the rough sketch design I came up with. Below that is the painting as of now. Still have a lot of work to do but I'll update when I have a chance.
