you want to remove the numbers from the picture? That is quite easy if you have photoshop. Use the magic wand, select the area, and adjust the levels, contrast, brightness, and u will eventually be able to bring the semi-transparent lower level upward.

The main point is that the text is semi-transparent which preserved some of the color and pixel data from the original picture. If you can select it, adjust the white point, and then adjust the contrast and color, you can effectively "wash out" the white text.

You'll need to use the rubber stamp tool, read the photoshop help to find out how to use it. why would you want this picture anyway? its small and unintersting... ?! :)

I'm also wondering why you are removing text from an image that has been purposely watermarked to avoid stealing?

I changed it small because max size was only 20000 bytes.
My homework need some pictures about barrier-free design for disabled people,it looked better if no numbers.ok,I see,rubber stamp tool~~~~
