CGTalk - Loading an animation

I have an animation i would be interested in showing!!!

the thing is can i upload it to cgtalk,

or i need to create a link for it,

I don;t really know how to create a link for it, do i have it on my harddrive and from there, or do i need to upload it somewhere and if so where????

are there any recomended survers (free) to upload to?
