Hey Folks,
When I bring in my model and set the camera to render a shot, I get the back of my guy and not the front. I put the camera in front of him and still get the back in the render!!! Any suggestions. Or should I just save it out as OBJ and render it in my Maya!!!!:surprised

Two things to check.

1. Make sure your using the Camera View to line up your shot.
2. Make sure you've keyframed the camera's position other wise it will revert back to where it was when you render the shot (turning on auto-key helps if you doing stills)

Did you set keyframe for the camera in its new position. Otherwise it will pop back to its last keyframed position. Try turning autokey on before you move the camera, or once you get the camera positioned where you like it, hit enter twice before you render.

Edit: oops, someone beat me to it.

Have you keyed the camera and object?
Are you sure you use the camera and not the perspective view?

YES KEYFRAMED WORKED, In maya you don't need to set this option for the cameras. Huh!!!!!
Thanks you FOLKS for your help!!!!!:wavey:
