Hi there !
I just finished a little animation featuring My Little Cthulhu. (http://dreamlandtoyworks.com/my_little_cthulhu.html)
He was watching me from my desk, i couldn't resist ...
I used 3D Max, Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
Flash was the fastest way i found for the facial animations ^^
