CGTalk - Need help with hand setup

Hi there,

I have been setting up this hand in XSI and I am trying to make it so that when you grab the fingers, they don't rotate in the wrong direction.. Is there a way to lock two axis and have the bone only rotate on one?

I was also trying to save and load hand poses, so if anyone has a good tutorial on this?

press CTRL+K
