CGTalk - 3D Medical Props

Hi all,
I have to do a set design of a doctors office for a tv commercial.
I was wondering if anybody might know where I can get some 3D props other than at TurboSquid.

The LightWave CD should have a bunch of models, images, etc. on it. Have you looked through that yet?
